Job description
- Own and scale mobile user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google UAC
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns focused on app installs, conversions, and growth
- Manage and optimize media budgets of €100k+ monthly
- Analyze campaign performance, identify trends, run A/B tests, and turn insights into actionable improvements
- Collaborate closely with product, business, and design teams to improve user acquisition performance and customer journey
- Brief designers on ad creatives and continuously test creative performance
- Work with attribution, analytics, and performance tracking tools to improve ROI and campaign efficiency
- Contribute to growth strategy discussions together with senior stakeholders and country/business leads
- Stay up to date with performance marketing, mobile growth, and user acquisition trends
Requirements
- Strong experience in performance marketing focused on mobile user acquisition
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google UAC
- Experience working with mobile apps, gaming, subscription-based products, fintech apps, or other performance-driven digital products
- Proven experience managing and scaling significant media budgets
- Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with campaign data, KPIs, attribution, and optimization
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience collaborating with designers, product teams, and business stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
- Fluent English
