Requirements for candidates
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally involving sales project development and implementation (e.g., store furniture, lighting, or related industries).
- University degree; technical experience or education is considered an advantage.
- Good awareness of competitor products, services, pricing structures, and discount practices.
- Understanding of the retail market and customer dynamics is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to align stakeholders on production timelines, delays, and solutions.
- Ability to quickly learn and work with ERP and CRM systems.
- High level of flexibility and professionalism in working with diverse clients and internal teams, maintaining strong ethical standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple ongoing development projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, innovative, and results-oriented mindset with a strong sales drive.
- Willingness and ability to undertake periodic business travel.
Job description
- Act as the primary contact for key retail clients and build long-term, trusted relationships.
- Develop and manage sales projects for commercial equipment in Estonia and international markets, while identifying new business opportunities.
- Communicate early-stage value propositions and guide clients through the solution development process.
- Analyse customer needs and define project scope, budget, and resource requirements.
- Align with clients on production timelines, managing expectations and negotiating adjustments in case of delays or capacity constraints.
- Coordinate project execution with production and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Resolve project-related issues quickly and effectively during implementation.
- Monitor customer payments and ensure timely settlement.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Conduct ongoing competitor and market analysis to support sales strategy.
