About the position:
- Develop and implement product strategy and long-term vision; create and manage the product development roadmap
- Define product development priorities, manage the backlog, and write requirement specifications
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to find the best solutions for the product and its users
- Ensure the product is developed in line with customer needs, timelines, and budget constraints
- Propose new products and features and present them to stakeholders
- Lead the team and drive product development
- Work closely with other product managers and business units
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working with software products (as a Product Owner or Product Manager) and their development
- Experience working with software development teams
- Experience leading a team and collaborating with various stakeholders
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Ability to create and develop product strategy
- Understanding of the product development process
- Strong business analysis skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results
- Responsibility, organizational skills, proactiveness, and strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English
Nice to have:
- Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe, CSPO, PSPO, or similar certifications
