What You’ll Do

As our Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that NoCry products are always available, efficiently sourced, and delivered on time across all our sales channels. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Responsibilities:

Taking ownership of supplierside escalations, including challenging adhoc priceincrease requests, validating supplier justifications, and ensuring stable longterm cost structures.
Monitoring supplier performance with a focus on leadtime reliability, production planning accuracy, and early detection of delays or bottlenecks.
Continuously assessing operational risks across all supplychain areas - inventory, production, Amazon stock, 3PL operations, and documentation - and proactively implementing mitigation measures.
Ensuring supply chain readiness for new product launches, product adjustments, and expansion into new markets and sales channels.

Operational Responsibilities:

Ensuring consistent product availability across all sales channels while maximizing cost efficiency.
Planning inventory with the sales team, determining order quantities, placing purchase orders, and processing invoices.
Communicating directly with suppliers to oversee production plans, book production inspections, and safeguard NoCry’s interests.
Continuously improving supply chain systems and processes, including identifying and implementing software solutions to automate and optimize operations.
Overseeing NoCry’s 3PL warehouse operations and managing stockrelated processes in Amazon across multiple marketplaces.
Monitoring Amazon stock levels and arranging timely restock shipments.
Tracking actual Supply Chain costs to ensure alignment with financial targets.
Managing and validating product information and packaging files.
Collaborating with other teams worldwide to ensure smooth crossfunctional operations.

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of experience in a supply chain specialist or manager role.
(!) HUGE ADVANTAGE - Experience with Amazon FBA supplychain operations, including restock planning, shipment creation, and inventory performance management.
Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data, forecasts, supplier cost changes, and operational risks.
Solid understanding of endtoend supply chain operations, including purchasing, production followup, inspections, logistics, and Amazon FBA processes.
Experience coordinating 3PL warehouse operations and managing stock flows across multiple marketplaces.
Ability to proactively identify and mitigate risks across inventory, production, logistics, Amazon stock, and documentation.
Processimprovement mindset with experience optimizing workflows and implementing supply chain tools or automation solutions.
Comfortable working with supply chain software, ERP systems, Google Sheets, and inventory management tools.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Competence in budgeting and cost control, with an understanding of key supply chain cost drivers.
Excellent crossfunctional communication skills.
High ownership, and the ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and stay calm under pressure.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
