Job Describtion
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans and conduct market analysis in the assigned territory (Germany);
· Drive active sales through phone, email, and other remote channels, as well as through in-person client visits;
· Build and manage your own client portfolio while expanding existing partnerships;
· Ensure accurate client data management and high-quality input into the CRM system;
· Achieve sales targets and predefined key performance indicators (KPIs);
· Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry-related events.
Requirements
Key priorities:
· Experience in the automotive sector (professional experience or strong personal interest/hobby);
· Fluent German language skills (mandatory) + English or Lithuanian;
· Proven experience in sales.
Additional requirements:
· Strong negotiation and communication skills with a results-driven mindset;
· Experience working with CRM and other business management systems;
· Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team;
· Valid Category B driving license;
· Willingness to travel within Germany (~30% of working time).
