What you'll do

Support managers: Help executives and manage their calendars.
Organize events: Plan business meetings, events, and travel trips.
Handle documents: Manage information and prepare presentations.
Keep in touch: Ensure smooth communication within the team.
Office tasks: Handle daily office work, phone calls, and emails.

About you

Higher education degree
Very good knowledge of MS Office and Google programs
Fluency in Lithuanian and very good English (B1 or higher)
No prior experience is required – what matters most is your motivation to learn and grow
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proactivity and a positive attitude toward new challenges
