We are looking for a 2nd line POS remote support specialist to join our team in Vilnius.

- Provide remote support for retail software products to customers all over the world;

- Provide assistance with both opening and closing retail locations;

- Provide support during the testing of new releases;

- Coordinated deployment of latest released software;

- Research unknown issues/bugs and report back to the development team.

- MSSQL administration skills;

- Windows OS administration skills;

- IT Networking skills;

- Analytical thinking;

- Research skills;

- Fluent English;

- Linux OS administration skills would be an advantage.

- Be able to focus on the issue and identify valuable information for further analysis;

- Be able to independently analyze issues and report findings in a structured way;
