Codo Lab is hiring a Mid-Senior Full Stack Developer.
Location: Lithuania only
Work model: remote / hybrid in Vilnius
Salary: €4,000–€6,000 gross/month, depending on experience
We need someone who can own a system end to end, not someone who wires up a UI and calls an API. At Codo Lab, we're building at the edge of the AI shift: agentic workflows, AI-powered business systems, automation platforms, logistics intelligence tools, and custom software that helps companies move faster with smaller, smarter teams.
The hard part of these products lives behind the interface: the data models that keep agent state sane, the APIs that stream tool calls without falling over, the jobs that retry cleanly when a model times out. That's the work. You'll build the front-end too: chat surfaces, streaming tool-use UIs, dashboards, internal operator consoles. But the center of gravity is the backend. As our team grows, we're looking for like-minded people to join us.
You'll work with a practical modern stack:
- Node.js / Fastify / TypeScript, REST and streaming APIs
- PostgreSQL / Prisma / Supabase, schema design and migrations you own, not just queries
- Agentic backends: tool-use orchestration, queues, retries, the Vercel AI SDK
- React / Next.js / TypeScript, capable and comfortable on the front-end
- Tailwind, shadcn/ui, component libraries, design systems
- Vercel / Docker / GCP
- AI tools that actually help, not for show
What we need:
- 4+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with real backend depth
- Strong Node.js + TypeScript on the backend, you reach for the right primitive without thinking
- You design a data model before you write the first endpoint, and own the schema in PostgreSQL / Prisma
- Solid React + Next.js on the front-end, this is still full-stack
- You debug across the whole round-trip: UI, network, API, query, infra, without throwing it over the fence
- Strong ownership: you can take a feature from an unclear requirement to production
- Clean, maintainable code and good communication
- Comfortable working in a small team where context changes fast
- English and Lithuanian languages are a must
Bonus if you've built backends for AI products: tool-use orchestration, streaming responses, agent state, anything where the model talks back in real time.
