We are now looking for an HR Team Lead to join us for 1.5 year, to cover a maternity leave. There might also be a possibility for a permanent position after that period.

Team Lead in our People department is a leadership role with the opportunity to shape and maintain our people practices while working closely with leadership team, global HR’s and employees across the company. The team goal is to be close to employees, to be approachable as a first point of contact when they need support, guidance or simply someone to talk to. In this role you will lead People Partners team as well as support our leadership team on organizational topics and more complex people matters. Your responsibilities will include ownership of key HR processes like performance management, compensation & benefits, development of internal processes and policies, compliance to Lithuanian employment legislation, and successful driving of talent acquisition strategy. You will have to set priorities, maintain and improve our processes and employee experience, listen to what our people need and turn feedback into meaningful actions while balancing it with the needs of a growing technology organization.
