Lead, mentor, and develop the virtualization and cloud specialists team
Manage and maintain on-premises virtualized environments using VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V
Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure
Ensure security compliance by applying industry best practices and monitoring environments
Support deployment and scaling of AI/ML applications leveraging GPU resources
Build and maintain containerized workloads
Ensure high availability and reliability across cloud and on-prem platforms
Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies.

Solid experience with virtualization technologies, especially VMware vSphere/ESXi and Microsoft Hyper-V
Strong experience with Azure cloud services (networking, compute, storage, security, DevOps tools)
Competence in Linux system administration
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance best practices.

Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, VMware VCP, or Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator
Experience with Azure Machine Learning, AWS SageMaker, or other MLOps platforms
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes a plus)
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep).
