Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in transport and/or logistics;
Experience in planning and coordinating freight transportation;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently;
Ability to organize multiple tasks and solve issues quickly;
Professional working proficiency in Lithuanian, English, and Russian is required, as the role involves daily communication with clients across these markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and coordinate international road freight orders;
Plan and manage transportation from order confirmation to delivery;
Communicate with clients, carriers, and logistics partners;
Monitor ongoing shipments and keep clients informed;
Handle operational issues and find effective solutions.
