Job description

Do you have experience in Lithuanian payroll and would like to move closer to technology and consulting?

We are looking for an HRM Consultant to join our growing team in Digmatix Lithuania. You don't need previous consulting experience. What matters most is a good understanding of HR and payroll processes, confidence in working with people, and an interest in technology and process improvement.

In this role, you will work with clients and our HRM4Baltics team to understand their needs, improve HR and payroll processes, and implement digital solutions that make every day work simpler and more efficient.

What you will do

Work with Lithuanian clients to understand their HR and payroll processes and needs;
Help clients implement and use HRM4Baltics solutions;
Adapt the system to support different client requirements and ways of working;
Guide and train users and support them during implementation;
Look for opportunities to simplify and improve HR and payroll processes;
Share client feedback and ideas with our product and development teams;
Work closely with colleagues across the Baltic countries.

What we are looking for

Experience in Lithuanian payroll;
Understanding of HR and payroll processes;
Ability to understand processes, identify needs, and look for practical solutions;
Confidence in communicating with clients and colleagues;
Lithuanian and English at a professional working level;
Openness to occasional travel to Tallinn during onboarding for training and working with the team.
