To support our continued growth, we are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager with B2B sales experience who is motivated to work in a fast-paced, international environment and make a real impact in a global marketplace.
Start your journey as a B2B Sales Manager focus on the US market, with average total earnings of €4,300 gross per month (base salary + commission bonuses) and the opportunity to earn even more through our uncapped commission system from day one. Your actual earnings depend on your individual results and performance.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential clients through outbound calls and initiate online meetings.
- Identify clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, earning trust and loyalty.
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Close sales using a consultative selling approach.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a proactive sales role.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- A proactive, go-getter mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A passion for challenges and a results-driven attitude.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and teammates.
- Based in Vilnius, Lithuania, or willing to relocate.
- Availability to work from 14:00 to 22:00

Compensation:
€1,600–€2,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a monthly KPI-based bonus and commission on every sale.
