What's the role?

We’re looking for a results-oriented and customer-focused person to join our Baltics engineering team. This is no ordinary engineering job, as ours is uniquely high-performing, fast-paced and encouraging working culture.

What does the role involve?

Work on team projects within Baltics engineering department and related projects;
Preparing drawings for designers, visualizing technical solutions by using Hilti software;
Providing technical assistance to sales team colleagues;
Preparing necessary certificates and specifications to customer

We invest more than 5% of our turnover every year in exploring new solutions in diamond systems, measuring tools, fire-stops, anchors and other fastening systems.

Monthly gross salary - 1850 EUR - 2450 EUR; half-year period bonus system and three level benefit packages.

What you need is:
•    A Bachelor`s degree or studies in graduation in civil, mechanical or structural engineering (this is mandatory requirement);
•    Strong communication skills, with fluent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English and/ or Russian;
•    Passion to learn, drive to succeed and reach aligned targets;
•    Good team player and motivator;
•    B category driver's license will be considered as additional advantage.
