MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and manage online media advertising campaigns;
- Oversee the client’s digital performance and understand the company’s expectations;
- Develop the overall strategy for a client to ensure both the ad account and website are optimized for the highest conversion rate possible;
- Work within client budget to achieve phenomenal results;
- Collaborate with the creative team to create perfect advertising;
- Market and customer research to come up with new ideas;
- Report on campaign results, analyse data, and present actionable insights.
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree (would be an advantage);
- 2+ years experience of successful work in the field of digital advertising;
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and experience with Google Analytics;
- Good Lithuanian and English language skills;
- Knowledge of MS office;
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- Perfect time management skills;
- Teamwork skills and communicability.
