Join our HR team as a Talent Sourcer, who will proactively identify our hiring needs, build talent pipelines and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees.

Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
Assist with other HR tasks and projects

Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
Familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Fluent English
Effective time-management skills
