Senior Associate, Payment Processing Operations (Evening shift) – Vilnius, Lithuania

Better starts and ends with the customer
In this position, you will process incoming and outgoing payments from business clients, while assuring specific guidelines and criteria are met. You will review data received from internal / external parties, compiling beneficiary templates in WUBS applications for our customers to utilize. You will monitor the VMS Payments System and validate the data input, ensuring that all relevant information has been obtained and local routing requirements are met. Monitor case queue for responses and action immediately. Ensure all queries are resolved satisfactorily within agreed SLA. You will investigate and analyze complicated cases, ensure that all communication (written and verbal) is customer centric and to the required standard. Understand and follow company policies that apply to payment processing, compliance and risk management processes.
Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you should have:
Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Economic or Administration – preferred, or an equivalent combination of ongoing education and work experience
Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work independently and in the team, multitask and to process large volumes of incoming queries, effectively handle and coordinate work with large transaction load
Ability to meet deadlines/sense of urgency/customer centric approach
Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment
Fluency in English
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel would be a plus
Ability to work evening/night shift and public holidays. Flexibility working different shifts considered as an advantage

However, as part of the divestiture agreement, this position will transition to the purchasing company should the transaction conclude. The annual gross base salary range is 12,566 – 20,403 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
