We are looking for a passionate candidate to fill in our Senior Analyst, Application Support position. Here you will be engaged in system support and troubleshooting, performing data analysis, working on enhancements, and effective issue resolution. The successful applicant will work closely with other functional groups both on Business as usual (BAU) processes and through the life cycle of each project. It includes yet no limits to business requirements gathering, preparing functional changes deployment documents, planning, coordination, and execution of system setup changes in test and production environments, post-go-live user support, and system features related to users' education.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, and project management or related field

• For such a significant role, we require you to have 1+ years of experience with application support (preferably financial).

• In addition, we require you to have Excel Macro and/or basic SQL skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skill set are essential too.

• You should be able to articulate ideas, both written and verbal, to technical and non-technical teams.

• We are looking for a team player with strong collaborative qualities, positive and can-do attitude.

• You must have strong English communication skills.

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), IntelliMatch, or Noetix will make you stand out. Also, knowledge of Derivative Accounting and FX business will be an advantage.

The annual gross base salary range is 17,766 – 31,460 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
