ABOUT THE ROLE
Currently, we are looking for a PMO Intern to join our team. The role will focus on assisting in designing, modeling, creating, monitoring, and optimizing internal business processes.
Internal business processes focus on all the activities and key processes required to implement internal improvements to make the company‘s workflow more effective and more efficient. At the moment, our main internal project is related to recruitment.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
It's one of REIZ TECH's internal projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining internal processes.
- Developing and managing internal process procedures, templates, and other shared documentation.
- Providing administrative support, meetings planning.
- Distributing information throughout the organization.
- Project monitoring assistance.
- Administrative support, meetings planning.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously.
- English skills (B2 and higher level) both written and verbal.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills (oral/written/presentation).
- Orientation to details and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
