Responsibilities

Create and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Prepare commercial offers for potential clients and track the progress of each contract.
Collaborate with IT teams to meet partners‘ requirements.
Daily communication with B2B partners to support.
Plan and do training for new and existing partners.
Proactive problems solving approach.
Follow monthly business performance to drive accountability.

Requirements

Experience in the sales finance field is highly preferred.
A successful track record in B2B sales in finance, fintech, or IT products is required.
High education degree in business, finance, or related field.
A driving license is required.
Experience planning and managing strategic and operational projects.
Strong communications skills, written, verbal, and presentation.
Strong analytical skills and ability to focus on details. Desire to work with numbers.
Strong skill set in drawing data-supported conclusions and building action plans to remedy negative impacts, and growth opportunities.
Self-motivated and able to drive results independently.
Able to build and maintain strong relationships based on trust and proven results.
