As a Leasing Specialist, you will be working in a back office with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finland and Northern Ireland customers we are currently providing services for. You will be responsible for handling cases related to leasing on a daily basis as well as participating in various process improvements.

You will:
- Take care of financing and administration tasks of new and existing leasing agreements
- Handle incoming payments related to the leasing
- Maintain a constant mutual dialogue with colleagues in Lithuania, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Northern Ireland
- Participate in continuous process improvements using Lean principles
- Take discussions on interpretations, exception handling, problem-solving
- Manage operational risks
About you:
- Previous back office or administrative work experience (leasing knowledge would be an advantage)
- Higher Education
- Full English proficiency in writing, speaking ,and understanding
- Result oriented and purposeful, able to prioritize your assignments
- Able to cope with peak periods and put extra effort when it’s needed
- Customer-oriented and focused on quality and accuracy
- Creative thinking and effective decision-making skills
- You are resilient and determined to achieve goals in an ever-changing environment
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to share your knowledge
We offer
Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
