RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Retention team with the focus to maintain customers
Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base
Organize, execute and control of the sales process
Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and projecting future performance
Participate in the recruiting, onboarding and coaching of new sales executives
Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them
Improve the efficiency of all sales-related processes and pricing management

REQUIREMENTS

At least 3 years of experience in a leading strategic position (financial market would be an advantage)
Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills
Superb leadership ability
Proactive approach to problem solving and understanding of different business models
Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Independent, self-motivated, results-driven and hands-on approach
Knowledge of consumer credit regulatory environment (would be considered as big advantage)
