Job description:
- Ensuring accurate purchase and sales invoices processing and recording into the accounting system;
- Ensuring timely bank reports recording into the accounting system and bank balance reporting;
- Executing month closing task such as recording accrued and deferred expenses, travelling expenses, tangible assets, inventory etc;
- Reconciling outstanding balances with vendors and other stakeholders;
- Preparing the reports to auditors, tax and statistics authorities;
- Maintaining payment schedules and cost dimension registration in accounting system;
- Executing other accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- 2 or more years’ experience in accounting;
- Good MS Office skills (particularly with MS Excel);
- Basic English skills: both writing and speaking;
- Experience in working with accounting software Rivile and knowledge of taxation is considered as an advantage.
