What you’ll do @ Omnisend:

• Film weekly webinars for customers to help onboard them and drive their success;
• Create other video content that explains how Omnisend works and how to succeed with it;
• Communicate with Product teams and other Product Experts to combine knowledge into video content;
• Help Customer Support and Customer Success teams with customer education;
• Contribute and own our YouTube channel expansion which will be one of our acquisition channels to drive sign-up numbers for Omnisend.

We expect that you’ll bring:

• Native level English skills;
• A communicative personality and love to help people;
• Experience of being in front of a camera;
• A passion for online marketing, eCommerce and visual content;
• Knowledge in video editing software (Final Cut, Adobe Premiere);
• A possibility to work later hours once or twice a week.
