ABOUT COMPANY:
OUR CLIENT - Eskimi is a media company with a global reach, combining programmatic, big data, research, and digital media into a powerful platform, used by advertising agencies and direct brand clients with 1B+ people reached worldwide. With offices in 5 countries, our HQ is in Vilnius, Lithuania and we operate around the world, serving 42+ markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare various reports and analytics on financial performance and areas of concerns;
- Accounting quality ensurance, their performance, monthly closing coordination;
- Leading Group consolidation process and future migration to IFRS standard;
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business, including monthly variance analysis;
- Understand Key Performance Indicators and its drivers, advise business leaders on their performance and proactively highlight areas of concern;
- Lead budget preparation process, review, aggregate and analyze information submitted by budget owners;
- Review financial results against forecast and historical performance, and ensure that any unusual or weak performance is identified and challenged.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in audit, finance analysis, control (advantage experience in BIG4 companies) ;
- Fluent English. Good knowledge of Russian language is an advantage;
- Responsible, diligent, strong critical and analytical thinking, meeting deadlines;
- Good Excel skills;
- Good knowledge of IFRS accounting standards.
