Advance your career and global network by joining the International Financial Institutions team. The team is responsible for managing and servicing Danske Bank’s global relations with 1000+ financial institutions on a daily basis, that ultimately enables the Bank and our customers to i.e. do trade finance, make payments, and investments outside our home markets.
We are looking for an experienced colleague to join the Client Management area in Vilnius. Financial Institution’s tasks are wide-ranging in nature, due to the number of markets, providers, stakeholders, and topics we get involved in and learn about. We believe a group of individuals with different strengths and experiences can make the overall team stronger.
Depending on your experience and knowledge we may offer you different seniority in the role.
You will:
- Do the analysis, support, problem-solving, coordination, and communication-related to the following: Markets trading and legal requests, Liquidity management, Credit, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Client on-boarding, KYC/AML, and much more
- Be a part of a core customer team, where you will work closely with stakeholders of all levels of seniority. In that setting, you will be well-positioned to develop relations across the organization whilst developing your creative customer orientation skillset
- Moreover, learn about the internal and external value chain around the global financial institutional network, including Danske Bank’s offering to our largest institutional and corporate customers
About you:
- Experience in Markets, Transaction Banking, KYC/AML, customer support, or a similar customer-focused position
- Background or knowledge of the global banking market (preferred but not essential)
- Have a flair for understanding the bigger picture and at the same time can zoom in to identify and address what is important
- Be organized and have a systematic approach that enables you to rapidly understand and work with multiple tasks
- Be proactive and independent in driving things
- Be customer-focused and have a “can-do” attitude to achieve the best results
- Be curious and keen to build knowledge around industry trends
- Excellent communication and advanced English language skills
We offer
Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
