What You Will Do:

• Process monitoring and analysis in order to find solutions for process improvements;
• Development of necessary work tools, implementation of processes (from idea to realization);
• Calculation, analysis, reporting and delivering insights into various indicators;
• Collaboration with colleagues from different departments for process improvement projects.

What We Expect:

• Knowledge of data processing, analysis, methodologies and principles;
• Experience in systematizing performance indicators;
• Good computer literacy skills (especially MS Excel);
• English language skills at least B2 level;
• Curiosity, initiative, proactivity and communication.
