Performance analyst is primarily responsible for assisting the evaluation of the IT supplier performance and providing insights around cost saving opportunities for Service Integration and Management department. The role also covers assistance in monitoring and management of incident, problem, change, and other IT related processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and measuring all performance against agreed metrics and identifying flaws
  • Highlighting the areas of enhancement to Service Integration and Management department
  • Combine data from multiple sources to respond to high-level IT Operations related questions
  • Proactively suggesting areas for further analysis to generate ideas for improvements
  • Resolve issues escalated by the Service Integration and Management department (satisfaction issues/escalations) using the resources, tools and systems available
  • Participate in incident, problem and change management process and reviews where required
  • Remain well versed in policies, procedures, standards and documentation associated with these, especially developing ITSM knowledge to the appropriate level

 

Skills and experience:

  • Basic to good knowledge of the Bank products, processes and IT systems
  • Customer service skills as well as vendor management skills
  • Basic IT process management understanding
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Technology
  • Excellent English: equivalent to a skilled native, complete fluency in communication
