Infrastructure Engineer (Linux/Unix)

• Design, build, run and maintain services to be delivered, continuously developed and maintained by the tech stream;
• Strive for automation and standardization;
• Ensure compliance to security policies;
• Set-up framework and guidelines for platform infrastructure and application infrastructure;
• Ensure adherence to Swedbank architectural target;
• Provide input to architectural roadmaps and improved standards and guidelines;
• Do analysis and perform capacity and performance management for the services and infrastructure components;
• Act as Daily On Call for the services maintained and developed by the cross-functional team;
• Handle incident and problem management;
• Continuously update existing, mandatory documentation for the services;
• Support ongoing and upcoming initiatives of implementing a new network and migration activities.

What is needed in this role:

• 3+ years working in Linux/Unix, experience with Red Hat Linux;
• Wide view of full stack, that includes virtualization and application systems;
• Experience in automation platforms like Puppet and Ansible;
• Programming and scripting skills in: Python, Ansible, Shell Script, Ruby;
• Knowledge in working with public Cloud is an advantage;
• Ability to work in an international team;
• Fluency in English skills, written and oral;
• The ability to travel as needed· Self-managed, driven, able to take decisions.
• Willingness and ambition to learn new things and contribute in all areas: service management, analyzing, design, development, building, testing and maintaining services.
