Do you want to develop and maintain security architectures for IAM and other security domains? Do you have experience leading a team? Then you might be our new IAM Team Lead.
The Cyber Design and Cyber Build (CDCB) team is part of Security, with colleagues located in Denmark, Lithuania, and India. This team is responsible for defining our security architecture and internal standards based on threat intelligence and threat models.
Danske Bank Security, headed by the office of the CSO, is a part of an organization that delivers high-quality security and risk solutions to Danske Bank and its customers. Security works with complex technical issues and contributes to developing Danske Bank’s global competitive edge on innovative risk mitigating solutions. The Cyber Design and Cyber Build (CDCB) team bring security architecture and internal security standards based on regulatory requirements and best practice to the rest of the group.
You will:
- Develop and maintain security architectures for IAM and other security domains
- Develop strategic plans and roadmaps based on sound enterprise architecture practices
- Support the testing and validation of internal security controls
- Develop architecture artifacts (e.g., models, templates, standards, and procedures) to leverage security capabilities in projects and operations
- Guide the IAM roadmap as the lead SME and contribute to coordinating and developing the IAM team
- Stay current with the industry, regulatory, and legal requirements relevant to Policy and Control Frameworks in information security, IT risk and compliance, and data privacy
- Help coordinate adoption of the enterprise identity management platform
About you:
- Master or Bachelor’s degree in information technology, security or similar
- 5-7 years experience as Senior/ Chief Security Architect
- Ideally, you should have 5+ years of experience in a management role within security
- Experience in providing security architecture support to a large development organization
- Advanced skills in English
- Documented experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, tools, and processes
- Information security credentials such as IGP, CISSP, CSSLP, CIPPE, CISM, ITIL, or CGRC are preferred

Monthly salary range from 4560 EUR to 6840 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
