You will have an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team that provides services in Everyday Banking Corporate and handles the end-to-end Daily banking processes of the Sweden market.

We are looking for a colleague who would be focused on efficiency, seek to provide high-quality services to our Corporate customers and be engaged in Lean culture.

You will:

Ensure delivery of Everyday Banking Corporate day-to-day services for Swedish and International business and VIP customers
Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests to ensure the best possible customer experience
Have close collaboration with Nordic teams and optimize solutions for our customers
Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for the solutions to improve or automate them (Robotics, Lean, etc.)

About you:

1-2 years of work experience in administrative tasks in the financial sector
Knowledge of financial products and services
Higher education
Ability to work full-time
Critical mindset and detail orientation
Focus on high quality and accuracy
Collaborator and goal-oriented
Strong customer-centric approach and motivation to deliver high-quality services
Detail–oriented learner and process challenger
Upper-intermediate English skills

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
