We are looking for a Forecast and Capacity Analyst in the Transaction Monitoring Continuous Development Unit who wants to take a significant role to support data-driven decisions for our leaders concerning forecasting volumes and capacity needs across the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for modeling forecasting problems, discovering insights, and identifying opportunities using statistical, algorithmic, data mining, and visualization techniques. You will need to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to investigate forecast variances, understand and mitigate variance drivers, identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and deliver effectively against high organizational standards. Thus, a critical mindset, clear rationalization, and solution-oriented attitude will enable to make a real difference.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role.

You will:

  • Be responsible for the Full-Time Equivalent capacity planning for Transaction Monitoring operational teams through analysis
  • Generate short and long-term forecasts to make recommendations related to staffing levels in specific areas
  • Utilize resource planning tools, staffing standards, volume forecast, and labor constraints to develop optimal staffing recommendations
  • Utilize and create staffing models to forecast & examine labor requirements based on volumes, schedules, peak situations, and anticipated changes in technology and business processes
  • Guide efficiency improvement projects by thoroughly understanding relevant team needs and requirements

About you:

  • At least 1 year of experience with data analysis and solid analytical skills
  • Great presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to effectively communicate difficult concepts in an engaging manner
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, busy environment, be a solid change agent, and be resistant to roadblocks
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills – both spoken and written
  • Result-oriented with a positive mindset and enthusiastic attitude, combined with a natural curiosity and desire to learn
  • Higher education in Mathematics, Economics, IT, Management Information Systems, or related would be appreciated
  • Experience in the forecast and capacity planning field would be appreciated
  • The capability to develop and maintain capacity/staffing models to generate operating plans as well as monthly rolling forecasts would be appreciated
  • SQL, time-series, and multivariate regression knowledge, as well as project management experience would be appreciated

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1760 EUR to 2640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
