As Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Swedish market in Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
  • Deliver on end-to-end recruitments for one of our capability areas (Customer & Client Advisory, Tech, Risk & Regulatory or Backoffice) in Sweden.
  • Actively deliver on the recruitment process enabling and support the hiring managers to make the best possible hiring decision by continuously attract and actively pipeline candidates.
  • Work closely with and support our hiring communities with active talent sourcing, recruitment, and talent attraction programs, creating a positive candidate and hiring manager experience, based on hiring forecasting and prioritization.
  • You will make an impact by focusing on continuous improvement and new ways of working when it comes to sourcing candidates, create an excellent candidate experience, hiring manager training and how we continuously build diverse teams.
  • Play a central role in finding people who share the same values and acts as an ambassador in each interaction. You do so by partnering with your hiring stakeholder whilst delivering a great candidate experience through personal and timely communication and feedback.
  • Be a part of our global Human Resource function and more specifically our Talent Acquisition team, based in Stockholm and across key hubs in Sweden and will be reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition.

We believe you are an organised, and self-driven person. You have an interest in people and are a team player by nature who likes to share learnings and learn from others. You take a more consultative approach when partnering with your stakeholders in the business. You are known to be resilient and up to the challenge of forming your role together with us on this change journey. On top of it all, you thrive in an international and multicultural environment where English is the business language and connecting with colleagues remotely across the Baltics is something that inspires you. You make sure we do the right things for long-term success – together. 

Your background:
  • An experienced recruiter or consultant, preferably with experience in building talent pipeline and strong networks within one focused area of expertise
  • Experience in using talent market data and applying appropriate search tools such as LinkedIn to attract and engage candidates.
  • Potential experience from university recruitment or recruitment of young professionals, of which you learnt creative ways of how to find talent and how to build a strong employer brand.
  • Skilled interviewer with a passion for people through competency-based recruitment and interview techniques.
  • Proven project leading abilities: you can analyse, organize, manage stakeholders as well as implement new initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
