With us you have the opportunity to:

• Perform timely settlement of domestic (Baltics), foreign securities transactions concluded on behalf of Baltic countries clients and on Swedbank Baltic countries Banks’ proprietary accounts.
• Overview timely and correct trade bookings in back office systems.
• Investigate and solve securities trades related issues, reconciliation breaks, ad hoc situations.
• Prepare and provide mandatory regular and upon request reports to Nasdaq CSD and Baltic countries supervisory institutions on time.
• Keep constant relationship with internal and external stakeholders, provide them with necessary reports.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives to enhance, streamline and automate the existing processes and reduce the risk of errors where applicable. The complexity of your tasks will depend on your progress pace and individual results.

What you need in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance or another related field, or a great reason for not having one.
• Motivation and curiosity to learn new things.
• Knowledge of financial products and services.
• Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Able to work in stressful situations and to multi-task without losing quality.
• Very good communication skills, positive attitude.
• Good English language skills (verbal and written).
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Having of Investment Information Provider (BFAA IIP) license would be an advantage.
  

Work experience in post trade area within financial markets is an advantage, however quick thinking and problem solving skills are valued even more.
