To support our significant growth plans worldwide we are opening a new position of Lead recruiter to work directly with the team of recruiters, support and advance operations.

• Coordinating work of recruiters team;
• If needed support with recruitment operations (interview and job offer making stages);
• Onboarding of new team members;
• Analyzing and reporting recruitment data from ATS;
• Gathering relevant market data;
• Working on recruitment processes improvement;
• Participating in other staffing related activities.

• Are passionate about what you do;
• Have at least 4 years of experience as a Recruiter (including recruitment and selection of senior-level IT specialists);
• Have experience working with data analytics and reporting;
• Are a creative thinking, well organized and initiative person;
• Have strong written and spoken English skills - at least Upper-Intermediate level (Russian is an advantage);
• Previous management experience would be an advantage.
