We offer the possibility to join one of our amazing teams in the Everyday Banking Corporate function. As a member of the Fees & Pricing team, you will be responsible for investigating and creating fees for daily banking products (Nordic and other markets). If to put it in non-corporate language, we need to make sure that business customers/companies pay the correct prices for products and get relevant discounts.

The team plays a huge role in supporting corporate customers, tries to deliver high-quality services for our customers, and grows expertise in the financial sector.

You will:

Complete daily operational tasks combined with investigations of products in a timely manner
Analyse customer services, advise on the best approach, and aim to provide the best result
Give feedback and improve the process, find areas for improvement (automation and Lean, others)
Collaborate with other departments within Danske Bank Group
Take part in various projects and initiatives
Work as a team to support each other achieve good results and celebrate our success

About you:

Work experience in an operational role is a plus
Thoroughness, high level of accuracy, and attention to details
Good time management skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Lean-minded or previous experience working with Lean/ Agile or process improvements (not mandatory)
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changes with the ability to cope with peak periods (occasionally)
Higher education (Economics, Finance, or similar would be an advantage)
Upper-intermediate skills in written and spoken English

We offer

Monthly salary range from 1280 EUR to 1920 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
