AML Compliance / Fraud Prevention
The goal of the Anti-Money Laundering Compliance program is to protect the company and its clients from the misuse of our financial products and channels. This includes training programs for our Agents worldwide, client profile reviews and helps our clients globally, transaction monitoring, and much more. This path is recommended for those who possess a desire to solve mysteries and are interested in Law and regulations.
Robotic Process Automation
Our team is passionate about automating business processes. We use software tools like Blue Prism, UiPath, ABBY, and other for that. As an intern, you will be acquiring beginner skills of Blue Prism, working on technical improvement projects. Consider this opportunity if you share a passion for Robotics and demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
We provide a wide variety of functions. It may be customer support, enrollment of Western Union agents, billing, funding, payment applications, transaction adjustments, reconciliations, pricing, triggered journeys throughout the customer's lifecycle, digital customer verifications, online learning management, and lots of others. We focus on comprehensive analysis and payment investigations involving countries and currencies around the globe. We offer few opportunities to assist in the Communications area. As an intern, you will have an opportunity to assist in various daily tasks and be involved in running projects, handling internal and external communication matters, and events, and supporting various employee engagement committees.
Finance / Accounting
Team responsibilities consist of various tasks from primary data until month-end close reporting. As an intern, you will have an opportunity to perform accounts reconciliations, make accounting entries to the system, and work on different cost-saving/optimization projects. Also, use basic knowledge of accounting, and work with big data.
The team deploys loyalty programs/features/campaigns. Collects needs from regional and country teams for new developments. Prepares communication materials and campaigns to enhance new members' enrollment and rewards redemption. If no experience, we will teach! Social, easily approachable, communicative, deliver on promises and tasks, collaborates openly with the rest of the team/departments, and eager to learn and develop.
The team is responsible for managing SIEM and SOAR solutions for Cyber Defense, helping onboard data to SIEM (Splunk), and building security use cases in Splunk Enterprise security. Also, responsible for managing the Security Orchestration platform XSOAR for automation and building playbooks.
The team collaborates with business and legal stakeholders in the constant pursuit of better through process discipline and the development of standard work, with a primary focus on consumer-facing marketing materials, contract templates and processes, and data analytics and playbook creation.
