Better starts and ends with the Customer

The position executes on accurate, valid and timely settlement, exception payments handling, fraudulent activity monitoring. Various Customers', Agents' or other financial institutions' requests handling will be your daily duty. Responsibilities will include analyzing and researching root causes of different operational inquiries. Position provides leadership and direction in resolving combined issues. As well you will need to understand and follow Company policies that apply to accounting, compliance and risk management processes

  • positive attitude, effective prioritization of tasks and timely cooperation with business partners

The monthly gross base salary range is 1078 – 1700 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
