About the Company

The Joint Venture Elecnor Inabensa is composed of two Spanish companies, both established in Lithuania, and specialized in engineering, construction and maintenance of infrastructures in the energy, industry, environment, transport and communications sectors.

The objective of this JV is the design and implementation of the Project “Electrification of the Section Vilnius-Klaipeda”, signed with the national state-owned company “LTG Infra” and valued at more than 350 million euros. This project is one of the main axes for the movement of goods in the Baltic countries and a key strategic objective for the development of the railway sector in Lithuania.

Main tasks

• Planning and control of construction while working with the planning tool (MS Project; brickcontrol)
• Updating and changing the status of information in MS Project/Brickcontrol/Excel
• Monitoring construction progress and detection of discrepancies and deviations
• Reporting (internal and external, weekly and monthly)
• Communicating between on-site working employees and Project Managers
• Making sure that the project timeline is accurate

Requirements

• At least Bachelor degree in the field of Engineering
• 3 years experience in planning and controlling construction projects (preferably railway)
• Expertise in MS Project, MS Excel
• Experience in controlling project costs and production is preferred
• Monthly certifications and associated documentation are preferred
• Open, communicative personality with good organizational skills
• Lithuanian and English (business level) languages
