Junior Digital Risk Analyst - French speaker (no experience needed)

As an Junior Digital Risk Analyst , you will analyze digital transactions to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved. You will communicate with customers as needed to verify details regarding specific money as well as support customers with their identity verification ensuring that Compliance regulations are met. You will resolve complex problems and decide when to escalate a case or to proceed with the regular transaction/customer profile verification handling procedures. After completing our training program, you will be skilled in Risk Assessment, and be able to provide an excellent customer experience.

Skills and requirements:

• English is required, written and verbal;
• Fluent in French;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication skills;
• Customer and result-oriented mindset;
• Independent decision-making with high attention to detail skills;
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays)
