Head of Data

Get ready to

• Manage multiple teams of ambitious data specialists and business analysts
  
• Drive a data-driven culture by providing advice, training, and tools to your colleagues
  
• Develop and implement a company's data strategy, including, but not limited to, data governance, analytics and data science
  
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate. combination of methods and tools within defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
  

We expect you to 

• Have significant experience in planning and managing a large project and balancing competing priorities for self and team, using strong analytical skills and good judgment when setting the direction of the team’s work
  
• Have a proven track record of team mentorship and technical leadership (2+ years)
  
• Have experience in hiring team members
  
• Be able to work closely with a mixed team of analysts and non-analysts, to collaborate and build positive working partnerships with colleagues at different levels of seniority, and to explain specialist activities effectively to non-specialist colleagues
  
• Have experience in the following areas: data mining, ELT/ETL tools, SQL
  
• Have proven consultation and/or analytic skills, including evaluation, analysis, and visualization
  

Salary

The gross salary range is 5000-7500 EUR/month.
