Risk&Compliance Manager

Intrum GBS is looking for Risk and Compliance Manager to implement risk and compliance management within the business and support functions in 1st line of defense, as well as monitor and follow-up on risk ad compliance matters and report it to CEO and Global Risk & Compliance function.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Full ownership of day-to day business: management of operational risks, processes and controls
• Support Operations to implement risk mitigation actions, ensure maintenance of business continuity process
• Support CEO: to maintain Crisis management process, review service level agreements, respond to authorities requests and etc.
• Support local countries Compliance managers
• Cooperate with Data Protection Officer to implement GDPR requirements
• Cooperate with Global Functions and Compliance managers across the Global organization
• Organize and ensure the continuity of ISO27001 (Information security management system) and ISO9001 (Quality management system) certification process
• Lead Risk management and Compliance awareness program (a proactive risk-based approach): ensure the operational risk management trainings, support for Operations to identify and investigate operational risks (define the root cause, preventive actions

About you:

• Proven experience in Risk management and Compliance area
• A degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics
• Experience in stakeholder management
• Analytical skills
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Be friendly user of systems and applications like JIRA, Confluence, OneTrust or similar (or open to learn)
• Drive Risk management & Compliance culture
• A quick learner able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business
• Desire to learn, develop and be continuously challenged

Salary:

From 3100 Eur gross/month. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
