Job description
- Having an outstanding knowledge of PayAlly’s product and offerings
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships while demonstrating PayAlly’s passion for customer care
- Corresponding to inbound enquiries from potential customers
- Generating outbound communications with prospective clients to build and manage development pipeline through cold-calling, networking, e-mail and other sources.
- Converting leads and arranging business meetings with potential clients
- Analysing and understanding customer needs and pain-points to provide the best possible solution
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- 2-3 years of professional experience in sales
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive listener with a can-do attitude and a passion for sales
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in Financial Services or Fintech industry is desirable but not essential
