Senior Expert (SuccessFactors)

Job Description

• Daily support of SAP SSF Information system - SuccessFactors modules, its integrations with other systems; troubleshooting related to SAP SSF processes
• Implementation of SAP SSF changes according to business needs: analysis of requirements, search for the most suitable solution; close work with IT architects, implementation
• Ensuring the suitability of the proposed solution and the success of its implementation
• Preparation of documentation (technical specifications of changes, instructions for users)
• Managing SAP SSF configuration and integration with other systems
• Testing of the implemented solution, evaluation of the result
• Monitoring the integrity of the implemented solution when changing the system in a functional direction
• Quality control of the work performed of the contractors
• Work with user requests (level 2), user training, consultations

Requirements

• Knowledge of HR domain: employee hiring, moving between Business unit organizational entities, different Business units, training, goals, compensation and employee data management business processes
• Knowledge of SAP SSF, SAP ERP or other business systems and their modules (Employee Central, Recruitment, LMS, Succession and Development, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, Compensation) (big advantage)
• Experience in configuring functionality of SAP SSF, SAP ERP or other business systems and integration with other systems (advantage)
• Experience in business systems support
• Experience in an implementation project (advantage)
• Excellent analytical thinking and information systematization skills
• Ability to handle large flows of information
• Ability to work in a large project team
• Orientation to results, ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation and time planning skills
• Good knowledge of English
