Job description

We are expanding our offices in London and Vilnius and currently looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team. We pride ourselves in the service we deliver to our customers and this role will play an integral part in this. Collaborating with Customer Acquisition Manager to ensure we provide excellent ongoing support to our long-standing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Having an outstanding knowledge of PayAlly’s product and offerings
  • Responding to customer inquiries with the requested business and product information in a timely and efficient manner
  • Building and maintaining positive customer relationships while demonstrating PayAlly’s passion for customer care
  • Closely working with Customer Acquisition Manager to assist with the onboarding process of new customers
  • Escalating complex cases and following up accordingly on their resolutions.


  • 1-3 years of professional experience in customer service
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (English and Russian)
  • Proactive listener with a can-do attitude
  • Experience in Financial Services or Fintech industry is desirable but not essential.
