Here are some responsibilities you will have:

• Develop reports for all levels of Western Union's Global Operations organization that help describe our business overall, help identify whether our processes are effective;

• Provide Western Union leadership with timely and accurate information to make excellent decisions quickly;

• Help other team members through peer-review of SQL and reports and dashboards;

• Visualize data in ways that tell the information story clearly and compellingly.

Here are some skills, attributes, and qualifications you will have:

• Analytical skills and a background in developing reports and dashboards;

• Experience and familiarity with standard SQL common databases like PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server or Oracle;

• Experience with enterprise-level data presentation and analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI;

• Ability to popularize and simplify technical metrics and calculations in ways that our audience can quickly and intuitively understand will help you succeed in this role;

• Proficiency in English.

The monthly gross base salary range is 2051 - 3313 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is one component of the Western Union total compensation package, which includes short-term incentives, multiple health insurance options, accident and life insurance, and access to best-in-class development platforms, to name a few!
