Main requirements:
- Studies related to HR Resources, Labor Relations or similar
- 1-2 year experience with office related tasks
- Experience with excel, word, email programs
- Good English skills (valuable knowledge of Spanish language)
- Teamwork, self-organized, enthusiastic
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Employee-related document management: employment contracts, diplomas,
certificates, among others
- Onboarding new employees
- Supervision of leaves, special permissions, business trips and absences
- Assistance with elaboration of HR reports
- Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as
required to local employees and expatriates
- Support to external H&S Coordinator onboarding new employees (H&S office
measures, health checks)
- Coordinating events
- Supervise office facilities
- Cooperate with other tasks within the Administration Department

The Joint Venture Elecnor Inabensa is composed of two Spanish companies, both
established in Lithuania, and specialized in engineering, construction and
maintenance of infrastructures in the energy, industry, environment, transport and
communications sectors.
The objective of this JV is the design and implementation of the Project
“Electrification of the Section Vilnius-Klaipeda”, signed with the national state-
owned company “LTG Infra” and valued at more than 350 million euros. This
project is one of the main axes for the movement of goods in the Baltic countries
and a key strategic objective for the development of the railway sector in Lithuania.
You will be based in an international environment with conveniently located offices
in the heart of Vilnius. This role will be key in providing support to the HR
Technician, handling of various HR related tasks and implementing process
improvements within the Administration Department.
