What You Will Do:

• Work with Joiner Mover Leaver process by participating in meetings, solving issues, suggesting improvements
• Support current IAM related processes and integrations
• Provide offerings for automation and development plans to IAM platform tool(s)
• Manage approval flows, challenging incorrect security practices
  
• Oversee/assist with access recertification
• Monitor service metrics, SLAs and provide improvement suggestions
• Work with internal & external audits to ensure security practices are being followed
• Work with privileged access management
• Assist managing SLA (service level agreement) with service provider
• Assist identifying and proposing improvements for the services
• Assist monitoring and auditing service performance
• Assist managing the periodic user access review certification process
• Drive continuous improvement related to service to enable risk reduction and operational efficiencies
• Take responsibility in professional self-development and contribute to own and team performance improvement by constructive feedback and relevant suggestions

What We Expect:

• 1+ years professional experience in security/IAM area
• Basic to good knowledge of the communication tools, processes, and IT systems
• Strong business process management understanding and ability to model it
• Experience with using enterprise process modelling, documentation and task-handling tools would be considered as an advantage
• High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
• Proactive approach to problems and offering solutions rather than passive approach
• Knowledge of IAM / PAM
• Client and result oriented
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
• Teamwork and effective communication
• Higher education (higher education in Computer science, Cybersecurity would be an advantage)
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
