HR Business Partner

Get ready to

• As an HR Business Partner, be responsible for building relationships with business leaders to help them solve organizational challenges through people-related solutions
• As an HR Advisor, support businesses on the full range of HR programs, such as talent management, performance management, and employee development, HR policies and processes, employee relations, employee reward, and recognition; etc
• Drive organizational development and restructure the workforce and succession planning
• Use data, and monitor employee engagement to identify and predict team or organisational challenges, and build strategic programmes and change initiatives to address them head-on
• Help our leaders evolve our organisational design and team structures to support growth and tackle day-to-day challenges, like employee underperformance and team conflicts

We expect you to

• Have substantial experience as a People Partner / HR Business Partner (7+ years) in high-growth technology companies
• Have commercial acumen and analytical skills: you understand the businesses you support and can link your impact on commercial results
• Have in-depth knowledge of Lithuanian labor legislation, a full understanding of all People functions: you are familiar with key trends, best practices, and shifting approaches within the People discipline. Knowledge about other EU countries' labor legislation is a huge plus.
• Have a deep understanding of People metrics, analytical and problem-solving skills (root cause first), and the ability to make data-informed decisions
• Have excellent spoken and written English

Salary

The gross salary range is 2800-5000 EUR/month.
