General manager for one of the strongest global broker and crypto exchange company. Will be working in VASP company in Lithuania.

• Leading the company in LT and overseeing daily business operations.
• Representing the company.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Monitoring of legislative changes and implementation of requested changes.
• Identify potential risks and opportunities by reviewing the company’s procedures, documentation and following market changes.
• Managing risks and close cooperation with the AML officer.
• Working on group projects and develop new business in connection with financial services with an active role in the potential licensing procedures.
• Reporting, cooperation and communication with internal supervisors and external institutions.
• Close cooperation with the CEO and the Group managers’ team.
• Developing and implementing sales and growth strategies.
• Reporting to the CEO and reporting to other Senior managers on group level.
• Hiring, onboarding and training of new employees.
